The debit times depend on the payment method.

Yes. The 2 addresses (shipping and billing) can be different.
To use two different addresses, uncheck the "The billing address coincides with the shipping address" box (present in step 1 of the checkout) and enter the new address.
- Order with home delivery : we normally send an order confirmation email (which you will receive immediately after closing the online purchase), a shipping confirmation email (which the express courier will send you directly when the package is collected) and the email confirming delivery of the package.
- Order cancelled : in the case of cancellation of the order either by your choice or due to unavailability of some or all of the items in your order.
- Return request : we normally send three emails: the first to confirm the return request, the second to accept the return and the last to notify the refund.
Check that the order confirmation email is not in your junk mail. If not, if you placed the order as a registered customer you can check the order history available in your account. Alternatively we will be happy to help you with our Customer Service.

An online order can be canceled for various reasons. For example: out of stock products are no longer available, the payment was not successful or not accepted, the delivery address is invalid or is not served by our express courier. Please note: in case of canceled orders there will be no charge. If your order (or part of it) is cancelled, the price of the products that will not be shipped will be released in case of payment by credit card or refunded in case of payment with PayPal.

No. It is possible to change the shipping address only during the online purchasing phase and before completing the order.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays), during normal office hours (9:00 - 19:00). In case of your absence at the time of delivery, the express courier will leave a notice of passage with instructions for requesting a second passage.
When the order is delivered to the express courier, you will receive an email directly from the courier with the link to check the route of your package (from collection to delivery).
Dorabella is committed to respecting standard order preparation and shipping times. In some cases, however, delays may occur linked to only one of the 2 phases (preparation and shipping of the order) or both.
Preparation phase : at some times of the year (sales and promotions) it is possible that the preparation of the order may be delayed due to the large influx of online purchases. Furthermore, if your order contains at least one item not immediately available in stock, the preparation time for the entire order increases to 4-7 days.
Shipping phase : in exceptional cases, shipping may be delayed due to force majeure (e.g. strikes or weather conditions).
If you have placed an order on our online store and have received one or more wrong products, contact our Customer Service immediately. We will help you find a solution.

The return of all items is possible within 14 days of receiving your total order , but only the first return is free. We therefore recommend returning everything in a single solution as the costs for further return shipments are borne by the customer.
The products must be returned in perfect condition, not tampered with, unworn and with the original labels.
We reserve the right to refuse returns delivered to the store or shipped to the warehouse late (more than 14 days from activation of the return procedure) or containing items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

The refund is carried out by crediting the same payment method used during the purchase. If the purchase was paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

Once the return has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email. It normally takes 7-10 working days from acceptance of the return to process the refund and credit it (the timing depends on your bank or credit institution: in some cases it may take more days). Acceptance of the return means the moment we receive your package and make sure that the products are original, not tampered with, not worn, in perfect condition and with the original labels. It will not be possible to refund any order if the return instructions are not followed correctly.
It is not possible to exchange goods ordered online. You will have to proceed with the return request and possibly place a new order.

Registering on the dorabella.com website is simple and fast.
Click on Login or Register and select the "Create an account" option.
Enter your Name, Surname, Email Address and Password.
Just a few simple steps are enough to reset the password of your personal online profile (Account).
Go to the Account login page, click on 'Recover password' and enter the email address you used to register on the site. Then confirm to proceed.

PROMOTIONS & GIFT CARD
Promotional codes allow you to get a discount on purchases made on the dorabella.com website. To take advantage of the promotion reserved for you, select the products you wish to purchase, access the cart and enter the code in the empty field inside the "Promotional code" box. Then press "Apply". If the code was entered correctly, the amount and/or contents of the cart will update based on the promotion applied.
Always refer to the final price indicated in the cart:
- if the promotion is on selected items you will see the updated price highlighted in bold black next to the items subject to the discount;
- if the promotion is for the entire cart we recommend that you refer to the final price on the cart summary.
Remember that the code:
- it is valid for a limited period of time;
- may only be applicable to a selection of products;
- cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions and offers that can be activated with another code;
- cannot be applied after placing the order.
All promotional codes have precise rules of use such as: the period of validity, the non-cumulability with other promotional codes, the type of products purchased or the minimum order amount. If the code has expired, it can no longer be used. If it is invalid, make sure that the order meets all the validity criteria of the promotion. If the problem persists, make sure you typed the characters correctly.
