- Select size and color and then click “Add to cart”. Repeat for all the products you wish to purchase.

- Choose the shipping method (express courier or in-store delivery) and the payment method (credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery).
- Complete your order. In a few days your package will be delivered to the address you chose.

- Klarna : the amount is divided into 3 installments according to the regulation
- Cash on delivery : payment is made directly upon delivery by cash. Please remember that the amount must be precise otherwise the delivery will not be successful.

- Return request : we normally send three emails: the first to confirm the return request, the second to accept the return and the last to notify the refund.

Total delivery times are calculated by adding the order preparation times to the shipping times.
Preparation times : if the items are immediately available in stock, orders received from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed the same day if placed before 1:00 p.m. or the following working day if placed after 1:00 p.m. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday. If the order contains at least one item that is not immediately available in stock, preparation times increase to 4-7 working days.
Shipping times: 1-2 working days (3-4 in case of deliveries to Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays), during normal office hours (9:00 - 19:00). In exceptional cases, deliveries may be delayed due to force majeure (e.g. strikes or weather conditions).

Dorabella is committed to respecting the standard preparation and shipping times of orders. In some cases, delays may occur related to only one of the 2 phases (preparation and shipping of the order) or both.
Preparation phase : at certain times of the year (sales and promotions) it is possible that the preparation of the order may be delayed due to the large influx of online purchases. Furthermore, if your order contains at least one item not immediately available in stock, the preparation times for the entire order increase to 4-7 days.

All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your total order , but only the first return is free. We therefore recommend returning everything in one go, as additional return shipments are at the customer's expense.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, untampered with, unworn and with the original tags.
We reserve the right to refuse returns delivered to the store or shipped to the warehouse late (more than 14 days after the return procedure was activated) or containing items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
To request a return, it is always necessary to activate the online procedure which is available within 24 hours of delivery of the package for 14 days.
Since your order may be processed in multiple shipments, please note that you will be able to activate the return procedure only after receiving the last package expected for your order (regardless of the delivery date of the previous packages).
Exchanges are not possible for online orders.
After completing the form, you will receive a return label via email to print and attach to the package and you can book a free home collection with the TNT courier or take the return to a nearest TNT collection point.
